Dudutech is Africa’s leader in Integrated Pest Management (IPM) with a wealth of experience in designing and delivering biological pest control solutions developed “By Growers for Growers”. We research, develop and supply zero-residue biological control products for environmentally and socially intelligent farming. To further support the pest control needs of growers, we have an on-site diagnostics laboratory to accurately identify pests and a training department to promote their understanding. Established in 2001 we have rapidly grown into a global biotechnology business, employing leading entomologists and microbiologists to develop solutions to reduce pesticide use and improve soil health and long-term sustainability in agriculture. We develop Integrated Pest Management solutions for our own farming operations across the world and it is this heritage that makes Dudutech unique. As farmers, we believe that successful pest control is more than products; it is a philosophy of growing that is supported by a number of crop management techniques, physical interventions and biological control. Central to this is a ‘prevention mentality’ as opposed to treatment of pest and disease with agrochemicals. Today, Dudutech is a Bioline Agrosciences Group company, and has the largest biological production facility in sub-Saharan Africa, employing, over 350 full-time staff among them experienced leading agronomists, PhD, masters, degree and diploma level scientists. Dudutech now supplies over 50 control products, including 17 biological control products, a plant and soil health range and specially designed traps, with more always in the pipeline. Dudutech has three production sites in Naivasha, Kenya: 14 ha of outdoor insect production, four dedicated indoor insectaries, and state of the art fungus and nematode production facilities. The outdoor insect production sites are based around the equator which provides a perfect climate for a year-round supply of predators
Our client is a family-owned and run tour operator offering high-end luxury safaris and mobile camp They are looking for a full-time Safari Operations Assistant to be based at their office in Nairobi The role works as a support to the team and Directors to deliver high-quality safari itineraries. They are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills who is willing to learn and be adaptable. They must be detail orientated, flexible, and happy to help out as needed The role will be to assist in planning safaris from start to finish including helping to create itineraries, quotations, and plan trip logistics. This involves costing safaris, liaising with suppliers such as lodges, camps, airlines, charter companies, guest file management, detailed record keeping, and general office duties. In the high season you will sometimes be expected to be available to assist with issues that may arise during a safari even if you are off duty and working from home.

Sotik Tea Company Limited, founded in 1945, is situated in the highlands of Sotik from Nairobi, Kenya. The company manages 1,800ha of tea, and another 850 ha of commercial forestry. The company is expanding and diversifying from Tea into Avocados and Blueberries for the export market. The pilot project involves 12 hectares for Blueberries, with plans to expand to 80 hectares, and 9 hectares for Avocados, expanding to 200 hectares. They are seeking an applicant for the position of Farm Manager - Blueberries & Avocado. The successful candidate must have above 7 years of practical managerial experience and be able to demonstrate hands-on such experience. Reliable referees are a critical pre-requisite to applications being considered.
