The Head of PMO is responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects related to infrastructure upgrades, LWTP's Winds of Change initiatives, IT, HR, and camps/facility management. This role ensures that all projects are executed efficiently, within scope, on time, and within budget while adhering to international best practices. Additionally, the PMO will implement program management to enhance project coordination and achieve strategic objectives.

With an annual cropping area of 2,800 hectares split into two seasons, Kisima Farm operates on a controlled traffic system under a zero-till regime. The farm employs a four-way rotation of wheat, canola, barley, and peas, supplemented by cover crops where conditions permit. Additionally, Kisima Farm is a leading producer of premium seed potatoes, cultivating 200 hectares within their system.
The job holder shall provide a high level of executive support to the office of the GMD and GCFO to ensure the efficient and effective running and operations. They will be responsible for relationship management, strategic executive support, administration, and operations.
