Food and Beverage Manager

  • Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team
  • Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained
  • Strategise on new products and service offerings
  • Manage all operational requirements of the unit
  • Complete all administrative and planning elements for the unit such as rostering, reporting, revenue and cost management
  • Create unforgettable experiences for our clients


  • An individual with high emotional intelligence, structured and tactful
  • Proven ability in effective people management
  • Possess a professional disposition
  • Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience is required
  • A willingness to adapt in an ever-changing business landscape


  • At least 15 years of experience within the hospitality industry
  • ¬†Experience from similar capacity of a 4/5-star environment
  • Banqueting experience for large functions is mandatory (500+ pax functions)


  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management from a reputable institution management
  • Proven experience in food and beverage management or a related role
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities
  • Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively
