Reporting to the Head of Restaurant Operations, the Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager plays an essential role in overseeing the operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring each meets the brand’s standards for quality, service, and profitability. This position involves a blend of strategic planning and on-the-ground leadership, with responsibilities that include guiding restaurant managers, coordinating with marketing and finance teams, and implementing policies that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. By maintaining a consistent brand experience across all locations and fostering a positive work environment, the Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager contributes to the sustained growth and success of the restaurant chain, making it a rewarding career for those with a passion for the hospitality industry

The responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations to ensure each meets the company’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement strategies for sales growth and profitability enhancement within each restaurant.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor restaurant managers and staff, ensuring a high level of team performance and customer service.
  • Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and budgeting, for each location to achieve financial targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing function to implement promotional activities and events that drive customer traffic and sales.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all locations to protect customers and staff.
  • Analyse customer feedback and dining experiences to identify areas for improvement or innovation within the restaurant offerings or service.

  • Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience is mandatory.


  • Proven ability to build and maintain good and strategic relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills.
  • Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance.
  • A willingness to adapt in an ever-changing business landscape.


  • At least 10 years’ experience in F&B Operations, 5 of which have been in a leadership position.
  • Quick service restaurant experience with an international brand is mandatory.


  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management from a reputable institution.
