The course package includes use of an exclusive conference venue, a course reference manual “Recruit the Right Person for the Right Job”, certification, morning refreshments and a full lunch. Each course has a limit of twelve participants to ensure individual attention and maximum participation.
The course facilitator has over fifteen years’ experience in conducting training programmes for public, private, national and international organisations, including the International Red Cross Movement, ECHO, Department for International Development, World Vision and Care International.
